Alex is a Marketing Associate at Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa, currently in his first year with the firm. He is learning all aspects of the commercial real estate industry and assists leasing brokers with their mandates, listings, and projects. Alex’s main focuses are creating marketing materials, performing market analyses and financial analyses. The Cushman & Wakefield team continues to mentor him through the fast-paced nature of the business and providing guidance and support to ensure professional growth and success. In his role, Alex is focused on finding the best ways to support the brokers and the leasing and sales teams in achieving their goals for their clients.

In his short time with Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa and within the commercial real estate industry, Alex has accumulated valuable experience. By supporting multiple brokers through a variety of transactions and listings, he has been given many opportunities to learn and develop his skills quickly. Alex is currently in the midst of his real estate licensing program, gaining further education on the industry while also working towards becoming a licensed salesperson. Between the high-quality mentorship he is receiving from the CWO team and the content he is learning in the real estate licensing program, Alex is well on his way to becoming a valuable asset to Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa.
