COMPANY EXPERIENCE

Kim has focused her efforts on advising and assisting businesses in order to ensure their office space represents a brand, culture and financial commitment that complement their organization. Kim’s clients praise her ability to listen and understand their needs. She has worked on many unique files including the NCC’s portfolio from heritage land to ByWard Market offices space. Her passion for assisting businesses has enabled her to assist in the consolidation and relocation of organizations such as Mental Health Commission of Canada and Canadian Paralympic Committee. She has developed a niche for not for profit organizations and as such has contributed in many board meetings to present a case for certain real estate decisions.

The combined experience of the team far surpasses any others in the commercial real estate industry.

Now with 10 years of experience, Kim has a solid understanding of the Ottawa commercial real estate market and how best to interpret her clients’ needs and put these requirements into a proactive plan of action. Kim’s ability to think “outside of the box” yet clearly deliver and explain information is a great asset when putting clients at ease during a complex negotiation.

PERSONAL ENDEAVOURS

Kim thrives on building relationships and working with people. She is a loyal volunteer for the Dress 4 Success organization in Ottawa which enables women who have overcome challenges in their life get back into the work force.
