Steve Rothman is an experienced Broker in Ottawa who specializes in Investment sales and leasing.

He joined Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa in 1999 and now enjoys over 40 years of profile commercial real estate and property management experience. Previously Steve served as senior V.P. and Chief Operating Office of the Regional Group of Companies where he was responsible for the growth of the overall corporation and for ongoing activities of the commercial brokerage division.

Steve was also the Director of Leasing at Campeau Corporation (now Brookfield Properties) in the 1980’s, president of Bytown Realty from  the mid 1970’s, and VP and office manager of Polo Realty in the early 1970’s.

Over the years his client base has encompassed a wide variety of governmental, fortune 500, institutional and private sector clientele.
